1 New Proposals; for events.
- Fat Moon party; proposed date, 21/10/05.
Discussion of issues relating to parties to continue during next week on email/wiki and a decision regarding this party to be made at next mondays meeting.
- Accoustic night; more detailed proposal to be brought to next meeting.
- Hardcore punk band, Mind Benefit gig, proposed date 3/12/05. Confirmed.
- Clothes Swap; Proposed date 3/11/05 (Thurs)
2 New Proposals; general.
LGBT room; Proposal to offer students from Hallam Union a room to run an LGBT room/collective (denied to them by Hallam Uni).
Group to be invited to this thursdays social to look around, chat etc, and will be invited to make a proposal to a monday meeting.
People and Planet visit this Thursday; Confirmed.
3 Work Weekend;
Proposal to have a workday 9th oct to do anything that need to be done before dissent gathering;
9/10/05. TBC at meeting tomorrow.
Work Weekend to do less immediate things will be worked out at later date.
4 Inclusivity group;
New collective set up to work on increasing range of activities happening at Matilda.
5 C90;
clarification, tickets have not been/ will not be sold even though it says they are on the flyer.
6 Wed meeting;
2 people have voluntered to facilitate. The meeting will aim to reach a decision on whether or not to adopt the PGA Hallmarks.
7 Infrasructure;
PLan has been made and stuck on wall with list of jobs need doing. PLease add things to the list, and cross them off too (only when you've sorted it out)!
8 Heating;
immediate heating needs for dissent gatherering to be worked out at meeting tomorrow.
Central heating of whole building to be checked out by Corgi registered pro before any further decisions can be made regarding this issue.
9 Cooking our Tea! Thurs social;
Volunteer for next week but not this week; call out to be put on email list
10 Free Shop;
Proposal of a siutable space to be brought to next meeting.
