Cuthbert: there are already plenty of buildings in sheffield that could possibly be turned into something like this, there are also alot of buildings that are half way there already. The ashram centre/burngreave new roots is a prime example of a building that is half way there. Just down the road from there a building called vestry hall resides, unused and in desperate need of repair, new deal have shown interest in it but have been slow to their money where their mouth is.
