Parade Organising Meeting

Thursday 4th May - 7pm - Matilda Social Centre

Agenda

1. Aims of the parade - what are we trying to acheive.
2. What's going to happen - How are we going to acheive those aims. What happens in town, on the parade, in the park.
3. Publicity - Flyers, Posters, Press release - need to agree basic strapline for media and general text for press release - publicity subgroup to sort out designs and get material printed.
4. Next meeting - In a week? To organise distribution of publicity and sort out more on the day stuff.

The meeting will involve breaking into smaller groups so everyone can have a say and there can be productive discussion in the limited time involved. There will be room for people to 'do their own thing', people will be free to use whatever methods they think best, we'll just talk about how best to work together.
