Sheffield Central Lending Library has brought 25 new books
... on world development issues, prompted by the 'Hungry for Justice' conference to stock up on their resources!
Some of these books are now on show in a display put together by the conference organisers, which aims to highlight the main themes of the conference.
The library has also kindly prepeared a handout on all their books on development issues - from hardhitting anti-globalisation texts to challenging pro-globalisation arguments . Many of these were recommended by the conference workshop leaders and speakers.
SO a great big thanks to the Library - let's get down there and borrow them!
The display ends on Wednesday 3rd October - but the books will be on the shelves forever more...
