Playing with fire!

Spinning fire round your head is great. Playing with fire, it turns out, is really fun.

But ideal for doing in a basement, so we'll use practice wooden dowling, wrapped in newspaper at the ends.

It may be that we'll then discover something else: stick spinning can be a little bit like tai chi plus stick. The whole thing can become a movement meditation, once you learn to move round the stick, rather than force the stick to move...
