To help you to make the best choice for yourself we will:
- Visit everyone in their own home to give advice and support to find the best housing options for you
- Ensure local people who want to can stay in the area
- Ask where you want to live and what type of home you want and try to match these with the homes available
- Make sure that there is a choice of new homes to suit your needs, of different types or sizes, available to rent or buy
- Provide a flexible range of financial options to help those wishing to buy new homes
- Give priority to existing residents and businesses affected by demolition and who wish to purchase new properties
- Give a choice of areas for residents to move to for those who wish to move away
- Offer you a property for rent from the Council if you wish
To maintain the area throughout the works we will:
