Infrastructure Audit

Things that need fixing, this list was originally posted to the list.

Ground Floor

Hallway from Front Door

1. Remove carpet and wood to a storage area (No blocking of entrance/fire escape)
2. Entrance walls need touching up w/ paint.
3. Toilet is currently used as a tat room. Clean out and mend?

Gantry Entrance Area

1. Clear area - remove furniture to keep area clear.
2. Mend toilet.
3. More lights
4. Relocate leaflet table (wind blows them away)
5. make storage room usable
6. 1 windown pane above leaflet table broken (needds repairing or covering)

Kitchen / Meeting Area

1. Repair smashed window opposite kitchen doors.
2. Replace door at far end of the meeting room (Make it lockable to keep heat in?)

DIY Film Room

1. 8 windows need repairing/covering.
2. Hallway with steps coming up - 3 windows have holes need covering/repairing.

Cafe Space

1. 1 window cracked

1st Floor

Library - Booked for ART 05

1. General clear up/ decorating?

Front Room - Booked for ART 05

1. 3 windows cracked, 1 definately needs repairing.

Small Room (next to Hack Lab)

1. 3 windows need replacing.

Hack Lab

1. Steps up to Hack Lab need tidying up
2. walls and ceiling needs looking at.

Toilet Next to Hack Lab

1. 1 window broken - needs replacing
2. walls and ceiling need attention.

Basement Area

Gig Space

1. Make stage
2. Cover chimney to stop rain flooding into the space.
3. Remove carpet at entrance to gig space.

Tat Room

1. Good room for events - keep clear?
2. Relocate Tat?

Mark's Garage

1. Clear route to Double Doors - need as fire exit.

Glass Roof Outside Gig Space

1. Cover hole in far corner - lets rain down into the basement.
2. New drain pipe next to basement stairs. (Urgent - rain flooding gig spaces)

Fire Exits

1. Throughfares need to be clear
2. Check whether doors open easily from inside. Where are the keys? How access in emergencies?
3. Clear and lit signs above doors.
4. Signs giving directions to Exits in other rooms.

Entrance Areas

1. Good lighting
2. Clear
3. 'ENTER AT OWN RISK' Sign
